摘要
本文详细地阐述了氧化铝气力卸船机输送管道系统与臂架之间的支撑方案,通过确定支撑位置及形式,采用三弯矩方程计算垂直输送管道处于不同工作幅度时的支撑位置载荷,通过比较最终确定不同支撑形式的支撑载荷,为支撑装置的结构设计提供了载荷设计参数,确保结构设计的可靠性。
It elaborated the support proposal between transportation pipeline system alumina pneumatic ship unloader and the boom . By determining support position and form , it calculated the loads of support positions of vertical pipeline at different amplitude in the threemoment equation . By comparison , it ultimately determined the support load in different supporting forms , provided load design parameters to the structural design of the support , ensuring the reliability of the structural design .
