摘要
气力输送是一项综合性技术,它涉及流体力学、材料科学、自动化控制、生产工艺、制造工艺等方面技术。气力输送是全封闭型管道输送系统,适用于火力发电、化工、水泥、制药、粮食加工等行业的一些原材料、粉粒料的输送。本文就烧结厂电除尘灰在环保脱硫项目中再利用,采用气力输送方式将烧结厂电除尘灰作为脱硫剂输送到脱硫系统制浆罐中,用适当浓度浆液为烟气脱硫。
Pneumatic transportation is one comprehasive technologies related to the technical fields like hydrodynamics , material science ,automatic control , production process , manufacturing process ,etc . the pneumatic transportation is full closedmode pipeline transporting system that is suitable for conveying raw material , powder material in the fields such as firepower generation electricity , chemical industry , cement ,pharmacy ,foodstuff processing etc . this article illustrates that dust sourced from dedusting of sintering plant will be reused in environment desulfurized project ,and also it is taken as desulfurized agent to be transported to slurrymaking tank by pneumatic transportation mode and then proper concentration slurry is adopted for fume desulfurized .
