摘要
本文应用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)对选矿厂的铁尾矿进行分级的水力旋流器的运动规律进行了数值仿真,揭示了其压力,速度和体积分数的分布规律,为选矿厂如何使用水力旋流器提供了理论的参考价值。
The Article focuses on the numericAl simulAtion of LAw of Motion in A hydrocyclone which is used to classify iron tAils in minerAl processing plAnt by using RSM model in computAtionAl fluid dynAmics FLUENT. It explains the regulArities of distribution of pressure,velocity And volume frAction,And provides theoreticAl reference for how to use the hydrocyclones in minerAl processing plAnt.
