摘要
"双师型"教师队伍建设是高校应用型人才培养的根本保障。本文对"双师型"教师的内涵进行了辨析,分析了高校"双师型"教师队伍建设存在的问题,并提出了包括建立"双师型"教师评价标准、制定"双师型"教师考核晋升激励制度、校企合作共同建设实训基地、拓宽教师聘任渠道等有效方法加强高校"双师型"教师队伍建设。
The team of dual - qualification teacher is the foundation of training practical engineering personnel. The connotation of dual- qualification teacher is identified, and then the question in the construction for the team of dual - qualification teacher is analyzed. Some suggestions are mentioned for the development of the construction for the team of dual-qualification teacher, including building up the estimate standard and encouragement system of promotion for dual- qualification teacher, and extending the approaches of employing teachers. Depending on the cooperation between school and enterprise training base, accelerate the construction for the team of dual- qualification teacher by using the resources of enterprise, arranging students and teachers to enterprise for graduate practice and design, and encouraging teachers to set up cooperation with enterprise.
