论高校“双师型”教师队伍建设的问题与策略

"双师型"教师队伍建设是高校应用型人才培养的根本保障。本文对"双师型"教师的内涵进行了辨析,分析了高校"双师型"教师队伍建设存在的问题,并提出了包括建立"双师型"教师评价标准、制定"双师型"教师考核晋升激励制度、校企合作共同建设实训基地、拓宽教师聘任渠道等有效方法加强高校"双师型"教师队伍建设。
