绿色贸易壁垒文献综述

Literature Review of Green Trade Barrier

通过对绿色贸易壁垒相关文献的研究可知,绿色贸易壁垒具有鲜明的二重性,其实施过程和结果具有两面性,产生的影响既有积极的一面,也有消极的作用。有效应对绿色贸易壁垒,我国应充分发挥政府和行业企业的作用,加快建立和完善环境管理方面的法律、政策和制度,促进传统产业发展转型和升级改造,强化与贸易伙伴的环境技术合作,加强技术研发,加速开展绿色标准化生产,从而在动态管理中系统协调推进。今后,还需对绿色贸易壁垒的新形式、新特点、新趋势以及如何更有效地应对等方面进行进一步的深入研究。

Literature review of green trade barrier shows that green trade barrier has a distinct dual nature, the process and outcome of the implementation has a dual character, and that green trade barrier exerts both positive and negative impacts. To cope with the green trade barrier, China shall establish and complete laws, policies, and regulations on environmental management, accelerate the transformation and upgrade of traditional industries, enhance environmental technology cooperation with trade partners, invest more in technology development and speed up the popularization of green standardized production to achieve coordinated growth. Intensive studies on the new pattern, new character, new trend of green trade barrier and the effective responding approach need to be conducted in the future.
