健脾化痰祛瘀汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝对肝功能及血脂水平的影响

Impact of spleen soup on liver function and blood lipid levels during treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver

目的分析健脾化痰祛瘀汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝对肝功能及血脂水平的影响。方法 110例非酒精性脂肪肝患者按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例,对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组给予健脾化痰祛瘀汤治疗,治疗4周后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、肝功能及血脂水平。结果观察组总有效率(98.2%)高于对照组(52.7%),观察组TC、TG、ALT、AST均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾化痰祛瘀汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝能有效改善患者肝功能,提高临床疗效,具有积极的应用价值。

Objective To analyze impact of spleen soup on liver function and blood lipid levels during treatment of non-alcoholic fatty hver（NAFLD）. Methods Divided 110 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease into observation group and control group according to a random number table method, 55 cases in each group, control group was treated with simvastatin, observation group was treated with spleen soup, after 4 weeks, the curative effect, liver function and blood lipid levels were compared in two groups. Results Total effective rate of observation group（98.2%） was higher than that of control group（52.7%）, TC, TG, ALT, AST levels of observation group were lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Spleen soup has a positive value in improving liver function and clinical effect during treatment of NAFLD
