彩色多普勒超声在乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值

The value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast malignant tumor

目的:评估彩色多普勒超声检查在乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 :回顾分析60例经手术及病理证实的乳腺肿瘤患者的二维及彩色多普勒超声检查资料,比较乳腺良、恶性肿瘤声像图的表现特点,包括形态、边缘轮廓、包膜、内部回声、有无钙化、后方回声衰减、血流情况等,并与病理诊断结果。结果 :根据病理诊断结果,彩色多普勒超声对良性肿瘤的诊断符合率为93.02%(40/43),恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率为88.23%(15/17)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在鉴别乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中,具有较高的临床价值,但仍存在一定的局限性。

Objective： To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast malignant tumor. Methods：The data of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography of 60 cases with breast tumor conifrmed by surgery and pathology was retrospectively analyzed. The sonographic features （including morphology, edge proifle, envelope, internal echo, presence or no presence of calciifcation, posterior echo attenuation and blood lfow） were compared between the benign and malignant breast tumors. The results of color Doppler ultrasonography were also compared with the pathological diagnosis. Results：According to the pathological diagnosis, the coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of benign tumor was 93.02%（40/43）, and the one in diagnosis of malignant tumor was 88.23%（15/17）. Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasonography has higher clinical value in differentiating benign from malignant tumors, but there still exist some limitations.
