摘要
论述了复杂铸件凝固的三维有限元数值模拟方法。详细讨论了铸型、铸件使用 4结点 4面体单元剖分时的有限元控制方程建立过程。作用 6结点 5面体单元连接铸件与铸型的单元 。
Discussion on the 3 D numerical simulation of complex shaped casting solidifition process with FEM was carried out in this paper, concerning how to establish 3 D control equation of FEM using tetrahedron element in casting mould and casting. For revealing heat transfer at casting interface,using pentahedron element link the elements of casting and casting mould.
