湿润烧伤膏联合阴道抑菌吸附器对宫颈Leep刀锥切术后创面愈合的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨宫颈病变行 Leep刀锥切术后采用云南白药+湿润烧伤膏+阴道吸附器促进创面愈合的临床疗效。【方法】回顾性分析2012年8月至2014年3月在吐鲁番地区中心医院妇科确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)行 Leep刀锥切术的120例患者临床资料。其中60例术后采用云南白药+湿润烧伤膏+阴道抑菌吸附器治疗(观察组),并与另60例术后只采用纱布压迫创面治疗者(对照组)的临床疗效进行比较。【结果】观察组术后阴道排液时间、脱痂出血时间、腰腹酸胀时间均短于对照组,而早期(<4周)创面愈合率高于对照组;创面感染、颈管粘连发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。【结论】宫颈 Leep刀术后采用云南白药+湿润烧伤膏+阴道抑菌吸附器可明显减轻患者的术后并发症,术后患者恢复更快,具有重要的临床应用价值。 [Objective]To explore clinical efficacy of Yunnanbaiyao powder plus MEBO combined with va-ginal adsorber for promoting wound healing after cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure (Leep ).[Methods]Clinical data of 120 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)undergoing Leep in central hospital of the Turfan Basin from Aug.2012 to March 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,60 patients were given Yunnanbaiyao powder,MEBO and vaginal bacteriostatic adsorber(observation group),and other 60 patients were only given gauze oppression wound treatment(control group).Clinical efficacy between two groups was compared.[Results]The time of postoperative vaginal drainage,scab bleeding and acid bilges of waist in observation group were shorter than those in control group,but wound healing rate at early stage (less than 4 weeks)in observation group was higher than that in control group.The incidence of wound infec-tion and uterine neck adhesions in observational group was lower than that in control group.There were signif-icant differences(all P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Yunnanbaiyao powder plus MEBO combined with vaginal bacteri-ostatic adsorber after cervical Leep can obviously reduce postoperative complications and has rapid recovery of patients,so it has important clinical application value.
