摘要
数控轧辊磨床主要用于冶金系统中轧制板材的各型轧辊等的磨削,在磨削过程中需要使用测量臂对工件进行测量,得出误差值,为补偿加工提供依据,满足工件的高精度要求。原设计在使用过程中出现了液压驱动无法将测量臂可靠精确定位的问题,经过分析,采用锁紧装置将测量臂锁死,解决了测量精度的误差问题,保证了测量可靠性。
CNC roll grinding machine is mainly used for grinding rolling plate in metallurgy industry. Workpieces need to be measured and checked by a measuring arm so as to get the error value for compensation processing and to satisfy the requiremerits of high precision products. The problem occurred in the service of the original design is that the hydraulic drive fails to accurately and reliably position the measuring arm. Through analysis, this problem is solved by employing a locking device to lock the measuring arm, thus the reliability of measurement is ensured.
