摘要
在烟草烤房系统中,由于难以建立精确的数学模型,常规的PID控制方法很难兼顾烤房控制系统的动态品质和稳态精度之间的矛盾关系。本文应用智能控制理论,提出了一种基于单神经元PID控制方法,充分利用单神经元网络自适应、自学习和PID控制结构简单、鲁棒性强的优点;利用西门子PLC实现烤房的智能系统,通过MODBUS-RTU通信的方式进行数据采样,其控制结构优于普通自动控制方法;该系统弥补了常规PID控制在非线性、时变及滞后的系统中的不足;实验与运行表明,烤房的温湿度控制精度与烟叶烘烤质量均得到了显著提高。
Because of the difficuhy in establishing accurate mathematical model, the traditional control method employed in tobacco curing barn system is insufficient to guarantee dynamic performance and steady precision of this control system at the same time. This paper presents a single neuron PID control method with the application of intelligent control theory, making full use of the characteristics of self - adaptive and self - advancement of single neuron and the features of simple structure and strong robustness of PID control system, the intelligent system of curing barn is realized using Siemens PLC, and the sampling data obtained by MODBUS - RTU communication mode shows that the control structure is better than ordinary automatic control method ; the system makes up the shortage of traditional PID control in nonlinear, time - varied and lagging systems. Both experiment and operation indicate that the temperature and humidity control precision of the baking room and the baking quality of tobacco are significantly improved.
