摘要
阐述了陶瓷球研磨监测系统的设计构成及特点。通过对 HIPSN(Hot-Isostatic Pressed Silicon Nitride)陶瓷球研磨加工试验过程的监控,分析金刚石磨具的磨耗比及单因素研磨参数对陶瓷球加工精度和效率的影响,探讨了如何控制并加工出高精度陶瓷轴承球。
This paper presented the design constitutions and characteristics of the monitoring system during the processing of HIPSN(Hot- Isostatic Pressed Silicon Nitride) ceramic balls. Through the experimental mornitoring, the authors analysed the wear ratio of diamond tools and the influence of single factor grinding parameters on the processing precision and efficiency. Discussion and suggestions are made to grind and monitor the precision processing of HIPSN balls.
