摘要
通过对国内外新型花岗石抛光磨具的洛氏硬度(HR)、填料、烧失量、磨料含量、成分、密度分析对比;并用X射线衍射、能谱和扫描电镜分析测定了组成含量(wt%)、磨料中不同抛光磨料成分、内部组织结构等;找出了国内外抛光磨具的性能差别的原因,提出了制作优质抛光磨具可供借鉴的方向和性能指标。
In this paper granite polishing tools manufactured inland and imported from abroad are analysed and compared in respect of hardness (HR), filler loss on ignition, content of abrasive grits, compositions, density, etc. X-ray distraction, energy spectrum and SEM are used for the determination. Ways to improve the properties of the polishing tools are suggested.
