中国经济发展奇迹的实现机制——基于制度、政府、优势发挥机制的研究述评

The Realization Mechanism of the Development Miracle of Chinese Economy—— A Review Based on the System,Government and Advantage Functioning Mechanisms

通过对中国经济发展奇迹的实现机制——制度机制、政府作用机制、改革开放促进结构效应和后发优势发挥机制的述评,本文认为中国经济发展奇迹的实现是各种因素综合作用的结果,其中主导因素是中国共产党的领导,构建起平等社会,实行公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度和社会主义市场经济体制,政府从国家和人民长远利益出发以及能够实施中长期发展战略、计划或规划。对于中国经济发展奇迹实现机制的研究,还需要从以人为中心的经济发展动力机制,以整体史视域下政治、文化、社会、生态、国际因素对经济发展的综合影响等方面加以深化。

Through the realization mechanism of China＇s economic miracle, including the system mechanism, the government mechanism, reform and opening up to promote the structure effect and the late-development advantages mechanism, this thesis argues that the realization of China＇s economic development miracle is the result of various factors, which mainly includes： the leadership of the Communist Party of China, construction of the social equality, implementation of public ownership, common development of multi ownership economy on the basis of the socialist market economic system, the government planning strategy from the long-term interests of the country and the people. We should deepen the comprehensive research on Chinese economic miracle implementation mechanism from the dynamical mechanism of economic, political, cultural, social, ecological and international factors on China＇s economic development.
