The Latest Research Progress in Food Security in Foreign Countries and Its Enlightenment to Our Country

摘要粮食安全直接关乎民生幸福和社会稳定,从而一直是我国经济社会发展中的敏感话题。为此,本文对国外关于粮食安全研究的最新进展进行梳理,并提出对我国粮食安全的启示:一是粮食安全内涵随经济发展阶段变化而不断丰富和发展;二是气候变化和生物燃料对粮食安全的影响有待于深入研究,我国发展生物燃料需慎重;三是水资源短缺将对粮食安全造成重大威胁;四是加强粮食安全知识教育,减少粮食浪费是确保我国粮食安全的重要手段。 Food security is directly related to people＇s livelihood, happiness and social stability, which has been a sensitive topic in China＇s economic and social development. This paper reviews the latest progress in the research on food security in foreign countries and puts forward the following suggestions to China＇s food security. Firstly, the connotation of food security is unceasingly enriched with the changes of stage of economic development. Secondly, the impact of climate change and bio-fuel on food security need to be studied more deeply and the development of bio-fuel in China should be prudent. Thirdly, the shortage of water resources will pose a major threat to food security. Fourthly, China should strengthen the education on food safety knowledge to reduce food waste.
