机械加工和铁水孕育处理对球墨铸铁曲轴中频淬火裂纹的影响

Eftect of Machine Work and lnoculation on The Medium Frequency Quenching Crack of The Crankshaft of Spheroidal Graphite cast lron

曲轴中频淬火裂纹有油孔裂纹和轴颈表面裂纹两种。油孔淬裂的主要原因是油孔加工后的α值偏小 ;轴颈表面淬裂的主要原因是铁水熔炼的炉前孕育操作不良。

There are two kinds of the medium frequency quenching crack for the crankshaft,namely,cracks in both oil hole and neck surface.The cracks in oil hole are caused by less a value after machining.The cracks in neck surface are caused by bad inoculation of liquid iron.
