论实证性调查研究方法的融入——以治安学学科建设与专业培养为视域

Adding Positivist Researching Approaches to Discipline——Taking the Development of Security Administration and Professional Training as Researching Point

治安学是具有很强实务性、综合性的二级学科。作为新晋的二级学科,治安学正构建适合于自身专业培养的方法。为避免照搬法学的专业培养路径,建构独特的专业知识体系,以及顺应当前治安形势与警务工作的要求,治安学专业培养中应增加实证性调查研究能力的培养内容。但纵观目前各警察院校治安学专业的培养情况,这一内容并未得到重视。治安学专业课程教学与考核、专业实习、毕业论文环节应当融入实证性调查研究方法的培养。

Security administration is a practical and intricate secondary discipline. As a new secondary discipline, it is constructing a method fitting to its professional training. In avoiding copying the way of science of law and build peculiar knowledge system to conform the trend of current security and police service, it should add positivist research ability in professional training of security administration. However, positivist research approaches haven’t be valued in most police colleges. Whatever speciality education and assessment, teaching practice, writing graduation papers, all of these should add positivist research ability in professional training of security administration.
