快速准确地评估毁伤结果是判定战果和评价作战效能的重要依据,可为指挥员合理编组兵力、精确运用火力、制订下一步行动计划提供决策支持。在分析任务需求的基础上,提出了一种舰船毁伤效果评估系统的设计方法。提出了舰船毁伤效果评估系统的基本系统需求,介绍了系统的构建、结构以及系统工作流程,阐述了系统的安全性及可靠性要求。
Fast and accurate assessing damage effect is the important basis of judging battle effect and evaluating combat effectiveness,it can also supports the commander in reasonable organizing troops,accurately using firepower,preparing the next plan. A design method of the Ship-Damage Assessment System is put forward basing on the analysis of mission requirements. The basic requirements of the Ship-Damage Assessment System are put forward,the system＇s constructing,structure and workflow are introduced,the requirements of system＇s security and reliability are advanced.
