摘要
结合熵值理论和模糊物元理论,提出将模糊物元分析应用到军事装备退役决策中的可能性和可操作性。利用该分析方法,结合文献中关于地空导弹退役决策的数据,进行了实例验证,并与模糊聚类分析所得结果进行比较,结果表明:模糊物元分析能同时对多个影响因素进行综合评价,且评价结果与模糊聚类分析结果相一致;利用熵权进行各因素的权重计算减少了评价的主观因素,评价结果客观合理,具有较好的实用性。
Based on entropy theory and fuzzy matter-element theory,this paper proposes the possibility and operability of applying the fuzzy matter element analysis to retirement decisions of military equipment. Using this analysis method,combined with the data from literature review on the SAM retirement decisions,conducted examples for verification,and compared results with the fuzzy clustering analysis,the results shown that fuzzy matter element analysis can be performed on multiple evaluation factors and the results are consistent with that of the evaluation and fuzzy clustering analysis;using entropy weight for calculating the weight of each factor can reduce the subjective factors of evaluation,provide objective and reasonable evaluation results and together with good usability.
