山东省少儿拉丁舞开展现状的调查及发展趋势研究

Shandong province children Latin dance development present situation investigation and trend of development research

采用问卷调查、实地考察等方法对山东省的10所少儿拉丁舞培训机构的290名学员和16名教师进行调查研究,研究结果显示:山东省少儿拉丁舞处于起步发展与完善阶段,拉丁舞教师的专业水平不高,被抽查的学员性别、年龄、学习时间差别较大,场地设施缺乏和教学器材较少,课程设置不统一,学校根据现有师资进行开课,没有规范的教学大纲和教材等。

In order to discuss Shandong province children Latin dance development condition, through methods of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation, an investigation was conducted on 300 students and 16 teachers in Shandong province＇ s 10 children Latin dance training organizations, and the findings demonstrated that Shandong province children Latin dance is in the starting phase;teachers＇ specialized level is not high;the sex, age and study time difference among the investigated is big; teaching facilities equipment are not enough;the curriculum is not unified, without standard program of instruction and teaching materials.
