摘要 从能量代谢的角度,运用Metamax 3B,Cortex气体代谢分析仪,选取126名不同性别的未参加过体育锻炼的健康群体作为研究对象,通过间接测热法等研究方法进行测试。获取不同年龄与性别的健康人群的静息以及从事广播体操时能耗的相关数据,建立数据库,运用软件对静息数据与进行广播体操时的能耗数据进行相关分析。结果表明,男性静息能耗高于女性(其中男性脂肪酸代谢供能量较女性有显著性差异);在广播体操运动中,男性的能耗亦高于女性。并得出第九套广播体操各节分段动作的能量消耗量,建立相关的回归方程。 To determine the rate of energy metabolism of people who are engaged in broadcasting gymnastics in support of the national fitness program, indirect calorimetry was used to measure metabolic rates of healthy males and females of different ages who were never partici- pated in any sports using a Metamax 3B, Cortex telemetry system, before and during broadcasting gymnastics. The data obtained were, then, used as the database for analysis and for reaching the conclusion that male energy consumption before broadcasting gymnastics was higher than that of females, with particularly significant differences in their fatty acid metabolism. And, during the exercise, male energy consumption was also higher than that of females. Knowing the energy consumption for each phase of broadcasting gymnastics, a formula was established for determining an individual's total energy consumption during broadcasting gymnastics.
