摘要
根据电解铝液的固有特点和ＧＢ３９５４－８３电工圆铝杆的质量要求，简要地从化学成分确定、铝液的净化精炼、连铸连轧工艺参数的优化选择等各个方面进行了分析探讨，特别对电工圆铝杆的分等级生产以及提高产品合格率等方面有一定指导意义。
According to both the intrinsic characteristics of electrolytic aluminium liquid and quality requirements of electrical rod GB 3954-83, determination of the various chemical composition; refining of aluminium liquid and seeking optimum technology parameters of both continuous casting and rolling are discussed. Emphases is placed on the grade producing of electrical round aluminium pole, this method will play an important role in raising the qualified rate of product.
