摘要
拉弯矫直机组能有效地消除带材的波浪和翘曲等板形缺陷，在高精度铝板带材的生产中得到了广泛应用。介绍了板形缺陷的实质、拉弯矫直的原理，结合在设计与调试过程中的实践，重点分析、论述了拉奇矫直机的特点及其应用。
Tension-leveling line now is widely used in high quality aluminium rolling production, because it can eliminate shape defects such as wave and warp effectively. The nature of shape defects and the principle of tension-leveling are introduced. The feature and application of tension-leveling line are described base on experiences getting from it's design and start-up.
