Practical Model and Propelling Mechanism for Interactive Old-people-care Idea

互助养老理念就是通过服务互助模式增进养老照顾服务供给,解决老龄化时代老人养老服务人员供给短缺等问题,它可以广泛应用于家庭养老与机构养老。在当前中国"未富先老"的老年化背景下,互助养老具有很大的发展空间。本文结合中外互助养老的实践经验,探讨互助养老理念的理论基础、实践模式及其进一步发展的对策。

Interactive old-people-care idea is to improve the supply to old-people-care service by interactively helping service to solve the problems in the shortage of serving personnel for old-people-care at aging era and so on and can be widely used in family old-people-care and agent old-people-care. Under the aging background of current Chinese “aging ahead of richness”, the interactive old-people-care model has big development space. This paper discusses the countermeasures for the theoretical basis, practical model and further development for the interactive old-people-care idea based on the practical experience for interactive old-people-care at home and abroad.
