摘要
研究了添加W (0 2原子分数 ,% )对高铌TiAl合金组织和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,W合金化能改变高铌TiAl合金的铸态组织 ,但不能改变热加工组织以及 4种典型组织和温度对其力学性能的影响。W合金化能提高高铌TiAl合金的室温及高温强度、降低强度随温度下降的速率、提高脆韧转变温度 ,但对室温塑性影响不大 。
The effect of the addition W (0 2 at. %) on the microstructure and mechanical properties for high Nb TiAl alloy was studied. The experimental results show that the W alloying changes the cast structure and does not change the structure after heat process of high Nb TiAl alloy. The W alloying does not change the influence of 4 typical structures and temperature on the mechanical properties. The W alloying can increase the room temperature strength, high temperature strength, the ductile brittle transition temperature of the high\|Nb TiAl and decreases the falling rate of the strength which decreas the temperature. The W addition has a little effect on the room temperature ductility. The W addition benefits for the higher temperature apptication for FAM structure.
