农业科研系统自组织特征与科研资源集成机理

The Self-Organization Characteristics of Agricultural Research System and the Mechanism of Research Resources Integration

通过自组织分析范式,构建农业科研资源集成机理的理论模型,并利用结构方程,结合问卷调查数据对农业科研资源集成的自组织运行机理进行实证检验。研究表明:农业科研机构具备自组织耗散结构理论的基本特征,其运行机理可用自组织理论来解释与分析;农业科研机构技术创新是科研资源集成与系统自组织运行的共同结果。因而,在保证农业科研系统开放性、非平衡性、随机涨落以及非线性等特征的基础上,应不断整合农业科研机构内部资源,使其成为一个不断有序演进的集成系统,进而提升农业技术创新能力。

Through the analytical paradigm of self-organization,we built the mechanism of agricultural scientific research integration theory model,and made empirical tests on self-organization operation mech-anism of agricultural research resources integration with data from the questionnaire survey by using struc-tural equation.Research findings show that：agricultural research system has the basic characteristics of self-organization theory,and its operating mechanism is in accordance with the self-organization theory;technological innovation of agricultural research system is the common results of resource integration and the operation of self-organization system.Therefore,based on the assurance of openness,non-balance,sto-chastic fluctuation and nonlinear characteristics of agricultural scientific research institution,we should in-tegrate internal resources of agricultural scientific research institutions,and make it a continuous evolution in an orderly integration system,and make efforts to improve the capability of agricultural innovation.
