我国对外直接投资的行业内和行业间地理集聚效应

Research on Inner-industry and Inter-industry Agglomeration Effects of China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment

文章首先通过计算静态和动态集聚指数考察了样本范围内我国对外直接投资的产业和行业集聚情况。经核算发现,制造业和服务业对外直接投资都是扩张的,其中服务业直接投资表现出稳定连续的集聚效果。进而,通过构建我国制造业和服务业对外直接投资区位选择模型检验我国对外直接投资的行业内、行业间地理集聚效应是否存在。研究表明,我国服务业对外直接投资内部的集聚效应和对制造业直接投资的拉动作用突出,我国对外直接投资表现出服务业先行的态势。这一结论进一步明确了我国未来对外直接投资产业定位中服务业的重要作用,推动和加大服务业对外直接投资将对未来我国对外直接投资发展尤为重要。

Firstly, the paper calculates the static and dynamic agglomeration index within investigated samples of China＇s outward foreign direct investment to analyze industry agglomeration situation. It is found that China＇s manufacturing and service outward foreign direct investments are both expanding, and China＇s service outward foreign direct investment shows a clear continuous agglomeration effect. Furthermore, this paper builds China＇s manufacturing and service outward foreign direct investment location choice model to check inner-industry and inter-industry agglomeration effects. The results show that China＇s service outward foreign direct investment does have inter-industry geographic agglomeration effects and plays a prominent role in promoting the outward foreign direct investment of manufacturing sector. China＇s outward foreign direct investment has a performance of ＂service in advance＂. This conclusion has important policy implications for the industrial orientation of China＇s ODI in the future. Thus, pushing forward service outward foreign direct investment is very important for China＇s ODI.
