摘要
学生是现代大学的核心利益相关者,他们对于分享治理权力存在必然的要求。法国学者阿尔都塞在20世纪60年代就认识到这一点。他在"劳动分工"理论基础上,提出了"学生权力阈限"的主张。该主张既为学生权力的存在提供了合理支撑,也较好地明晰了其运行边界。但在现代大学治理过程中,他的这一主张遭到"误读",导致了学生权力在制度上缺失和在实践中参与性虚置的问题。要想破解上述问题,一方面须完善大学治理的制度,增强学生权力的合法性,另一方面须通过"询唤"学生的主体地位和搭建共治平台来提升学生权力在实践中参与的有效性。
Students are important stakeholders of university. They call for the governance power necessarily. Althusser, French scholar found that and to analyzes the student movement with labor division theory. Then he present the proposition of "student power limen" insightful in 1960s. The proposition provides reasonable support of student power presence, but also to better clarify its boundaries. The "limen" was "misreading" in modern university governance. So that bringing on problems as system lack and idle participation. To break these problems, on the one hand, we must improve the university governance system, on the other hand, through the "Enquiry Call" the dominant position of students and build a co-governance platform to enhance the effectiveness of student power in practice.
