研究型大学高素质人才培养如何得以实现——中山大学本科教育教学改革的探索与实践 被引量:4

How to Train the Best Talents for Chinese High Level Research University——The case study of Sun Yat-sen University

摘要 人才培养、科学研究与社会服务是大学的基本职能,培养高素质创新型人才是研究型大学的重要使命与社会责任。中山大学坚持"人心向学"的办学理念,不断探索本科教育教学改革,逐步形成了"基础-能力-职业导向三重螺旋"的人才培养模式:实施通识教育,培养高素质复合型人才;构建学科会聚平台,培养高素质创新型人才;加强专业教育,培养高素质专门型人才。改革取得了良好成效,产生了广泛的社会影响。面向未来,中山大学在创建"世界一流大学"与培育"世界一流人才"的实践中,仍将面临着一系列的深层次问题与矛盾。问题的解决既需要良好的顶层设计,也需要发挥每位教师的主动性与创造性及社会各种力量的整合。 The basic functions of universities are the following: talent training, scientific research and social services and how to euhivate high quality talents is an important mission of research universities. Sun Yat-sen University adheres to the idea of "every heart yearns to students, to teaching and to the academic" and constantly explores the reform of undergraduate education. All the teaching reforms are epitomized as follows: implementing general education and training high-quality compound talents; building up discipline converging platform and fostering the high-quality innovative talents; strengthening professional education and training the qualified specialized talents. The reform of "Base-Capability-Profession Triple Helix Model" has made series achievements which are showed as follows: the quality of personnel training and the training capacity have been increased significantly, the international academic reputation has been promoted greatly. Facing up to the future, many highlight problems will be appeared during the practice of constructing world-class university and training world- class talents. In order to solve these problems, it needs the top-system design and the joint efforts of the reformers in the bottom.
