嵌入视角下推进大学生创业教育 被引量:24

Misunderstandings and Strategies of Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Institutions from the Perspective of Embeddness Theory

摘要 从时间角度看,高校创业教育仅仅是学生接受前后相继创业教育中的一小段;从空间角度看,高校创业教育只是平行于家庭亲属网络及其他社会网络创业教育的一项内容。同时,高校创业教育自身并非孤立的存在,而是嵌入于更大的复杂社会网络之中,受政治、经济、文化等因素的深刻影响。从嵌入理论的视角审视,当前在推进大学生创业教育中存在过于放大高校创业教育的能力、过于重视高校创业教育课程体系建设的价值、过于聚焦大学毕业生创业政策改善的作用等认知误区。推进高校创业教育,需要提高大学生嵌入校园创业文化的深度和强度,加大高校嵌入经济社会网络的范围和程度,加快推进成长型中小企业创业环境的整体优化。 The entrepreneurship education in higher institutions is merely a short period of the entrepreneurship education for students in their whole life and part of the entrepreneurship education that consists of various types of corresponding education from social networks such as families, relatives and so on. Furthermore, college entrepreneurship education has been embedded into a larger and more complicated social network, profoundly influenced by political, economical and cultural factors. From the perspective of embeddedness theory, the paper has pointed out several misunderstandings in college entrepreneurship education in China's tertiary education, for instance, exaggerating the effects of college entrepreneurship education, attaching too much importance to the curriculum system construction of college entrepreneurship education and to the introduction of preferential entrepreneurship policies for college students. In order to promote college entrepreneurship education, higher institutions in China need to enhance the entrepreneurship culture on campus and optimize the entrepreneurship environment for small and medium-sized enterprises.
