摘要
高职院校的隐性课程具有职业教育的鲜明特色,是校企合作的"双情境"课程,具有"附学习"的育人功能。为此,应强调隐性课程的核心价值观培育功能、产业文化传导功能和学生社会化引领功能,通过打造更多优质校企融合的隐性课程平台,以间接或内隐的方式影响学生心理健康发展和良好品德的养成。
The hidden curriculum in higher vocational colleges is a curriculum of "double context" which means a curriculum been learned in the context of school-enterprise cooperation, its "concomitant learning" effect should be emphasized through the training function of the curriculum on students' core values and through the transmission of industry culture, as weU as the guidance of youth socialization. Through hidden curriculum and the platform of school-enterprise cooperation, the curriculum is going to influence both the development of students' psychological health and moral character cultivation in an indirect or implicit way.
