摘要
将内向型开放式创新与外向型开放式创新整合到一个研究框架,通过对珠三角地区164家企业进行问卷调查,探讨内向型与外向型开放式创新与竞争优势之间的关系。研究表明:内向型开放式创新、外向型开放式创新均与竞争优势有着正向的曲线关系;内向型与外向型开放式创新对竞争优势有着正向的交互作用,即在外向型开放式创新较高的情况下,内向型开放式创新对竞争优势的提升作用更强。
Integrating inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation into a research framework, this article empirically examines the relationship between inbound open innovation, outbound open innovation and competitive advantage through a sample of 164 enterprises from Pearl River Delta,. Results indicate that inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation have a positively curvilinear relationships on competitive advantage. Furthermore, inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation have a positive interaction on competitive advantage, which suggests the higher outbound open innovation leads to the stronger promotion effect between inbound open innovation and competitive advantage.
