Analysis of Modes of Chinese Urban Social Management Innovation

本文在分析当前社会管理创新受到空前重视的背景和相关因素,并对城市社会管理领域面临的问题及原因进行深入探讨的基础上,从解决目标、构成模式、作用机理三个方面对城市社会管理进行了定义。基于城市社会管理创新的理论分析框架(USMI框架),对现在各地方政府的城市社会管理创新进行分析评价。最后对今后城市社会管理创新的发展方向进行了总结建议。

This paper analyzes the background and related factors of the social management innovation,which is paid unprecedented attention to in China now. It defines the intension of urban socialmanagement in three areas: target,constructing model,mechanism of action. The theoretical framework of analyzing Urban Social Management Innovation( USMI framework) is constructed to analyze and evaluate the cases of local governments' urban social management innovation. The future of urban social management innovation is described at end.
