摘要
根据锂离子二次电池正极废料———铝钴膜原料中LiCoO2 的性质 ,提出了LiCoO2 在硫酸、双氧水体系中的分解反应为 : 2LiCoO2 +3H2 SO4 +H2 O2 →Li2 SO4 +2CoSO4 +4H2 O +O2 ↑确定从中回收铝、钴的工艺流程为 :碱浸→酸溶→净化→沉钴。碱浸液中的铝用硫酸中和制取化学纯氢氧化铝 ,回收率 94 84 % ;钴以草酸钴的形式回收 ,产品质量达到赣州钴钨有限责任公司的草酸钴产品标准 ,直收率 95 75%。每处理 1t铝钴膜废料可获纯利 4 56万元。
According to the property of LiCoO 2 in Li-ion secondary battery anode wastes of Al Co film,dissolution reaction of LiCoO 2 in a system of H 2SO 4 and H 2O 2 was put forward: 2LiCoO 2+3H 2SO 4+H 2O 2→Li 2SO 4+2CoSO 4+4H 2O+O 2↑ A simple process for recycling cobalt and aluminum was determined,including alkali leaching of wastes,acid dissolution of slag,purification of cobalt containing solution and precipitation of cobalt.The recovery of cobalt reaches 95.75%.Aluminum in alkali leaching solution was neutralized with H 2SO 4 and the product Al(OH) 3with a chemical purity was obtained,the recycling rate is 94.84%.The profit of 45600.6 RMB Yuan can be obtained in treating l ton waste by the technology.
