摘要
在敦煌和吐鲁番出土的买卖契约中,经常出现"寒盗"一词,意思是所卖物品被第三人指斥为偷盗所得。但"寒盗"的字面意义迄未获解,众说纷纭。推测"寒盗"的原形可能是"譀盗",能否成立,仍有待证实。
The word ＂ handao （寒盗） , which frequently appear in sales contracts unearthed from Dunhuang and Turfan, means that the sold items were thought to be stolen by a third person. However, the literal meaning of ＂handao＂ remained unclear till now, though opinions differ greatly. This paper presents an assumption that the original form of ＂handao （寒盗）＂ might be ＂handao （譀盗） ,＂ this, however, needs to be confirmed.
