介绍了作者在分析和利用科技信息于国外先进技术引进及科学研究方面的经验。着重介绍了一些对我国冶金工业。
Description is made of the experiences in analyzing and using scientific information for the purpose of importing advanced foreign technologies and know-how and for promoting scientific research.Special emphasis was made on some high-tech information,especially from Russia,which may be very useful for metallurgical industry and materials science,as well as for environmental protection.
