再谈Record的翻译之争:文件或档案外的第三种可能

Talking again about the translating dispute on the word "record" :The third possibility except with "document" and "archives"

本文针对目前国内对于Record的翻译之争,通过查阅相关原文文献,梳理有关定义,认为Record的内涵丰富,无论是翻译"文件"或"档案"都有不够严谨,必须根据相应的使用环境来把握其含义,并赞同将Record有条件地翻译为"记录"。

This thesis mainly debated the definition about record from primary source on the disputation of record, and concluded that only record contains both meanings of documents and archival documents in different situations,and hold the views that the record could be translated into ＂Jilu＂ conditionally.
