新型城镇化对农民“中国梦”实现的路径探析

New-type Urbanization and the Realization of Farmers' “China Dream”

"中国梦"是每一个中国人的梦,而对农民来说,过上和城里人一样的好日子,是他们为之苦苦追寻的梦想,而农村与城镇之间在经济、政治、文化等方面的差距让农民对城镇的向往之心越来越强烈。新型城镇化的核心就是人的城镇化,使进城农民融入城市成为市民,同时实现城乡的一体化和人的无差别发展,它不仅是农民"中国梦"的重要内容,同时还是农民实现"中国梦"的重要载体。我们要通过户籍制度、土地制度的改革助推城镇化,通过发展产业支撑城镇化,将文明生态理念融入城镇化的全过程,实现城镇和乡村的可持续发展。

＂China Dream＂ is the dream of every Chinese, but for farmers, ＂live as good as city people＂ is their dream for many years, which is becoming increasingly intense due to the gap in the economic, political, cultural and other aspects between rural areas and cities. The core model of new-type urbanization is the urbanization of people, which helps the farmers living in cities blend in with the city life as well as realizing the integration of city and countryside and the indiscrimination in human development. It is not only an important part of farmers＇ ＂China Dream＂, but also an important carrier to achieve farmers＇ ＂China Dream＂. It is suggested that we should propel urbanization through the reform of household registration system and land system, uphold urbanization through developing industries and take the idea of ecological civilization into the whole process of urbanization, so as to realize the sustainable development of towns and villages.
