我国农业低碳经济下协调发展时空评价研究 被引量:4

Research on Temporal and Spatial Evaluation of Regional Agricultural Coordinated Development under Low Carbon Economy

摘要 在论述低碳经济下区域农业协调发展的内涵、内容的基础上,本文提出区域农业协调发展的标志包括经济与社会协调、资源与环境协调,并遵循低碳经济原则构建区域农业协调发展的评价指标体系,测算了我国31个省、市(区)农业碳源/汇、节能水平、环境质量等相关指标,对我国农业协调发展程度进行时间和空间评价。研究表明:从时间上看,我国农业低碳经济下发展的协调度逐渐提高;从空间上看,经济发展水平与资源环境协调水平呈反向变化。通过农业生态补偿、区域农业合理布局、农业碳金融市场构建和农业技术创新等途径,可以从整体上促进我国农业低碳经济下的协调发展。 This paper presents the theory frame of regional agricultural coordination from the perspective of low carbon economy, including definition, content. Regional agricultural coordination includes economic and social coordination, resource and environmental coordination. With the calculation of agricultural carbon emissions and adsorption of related indicators of 31 provinces, the paper constructs the regional agricultural development evaluation index system. The article evaluates agricultural coordinated development from time and spatial perspective in our country. Studies show our country's agricuhural development coordination degree is increasing. From spatial aspect, agricultural economic coordination is opposite to resource and environmental coordination. Agricuhural ecological subsidies, regional agriculture layout and technology innovations can improve agricultural coordination under low carbon economy.
