摘要
根据1998-2012年的面板数据,对我国民族八省区的R&D投入效率使用随机前沿分析法(SFA)进行了测算,并将民族八省区的投入、产出、R&D投入效率及其增长率同北京、上海、广东进行了比较。实证结果表明:1.民族地区的研发投入效率增长还处于粗放型增长阶段,主要依赖于研发经费和人员的投入量;2.要素投入量只有在一定区间范围内才能有效提高研发效率;3.民族地区研发投入效率和效率增长率呈现出明显的省域空间差异。
Based on the Panel data from1998 to 2012, an estimation of the R&D input efficiency of eight ethnic provinces in China has been made by applying SFA (stochastic frontier analysis). Moreover, a comparison has been made between the eight ethnic provinces and the cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong of their R&D input efficiency and growth rate. The results indicate that: 1. the R&D input efficiency and growth rate of ethnic area are still at an extensive growth stage, and mainly rely on the personnel input and expenditure input; 2. only within a certain range the factor input can effectively improve the efficiency of research; 3. the R&D input efficiency and growth rate of ethnic area exhibit significant provincial spatial differences.
