期刊编辑从事的是信息工作,其信息素养水平的高低直接影响着自身成长和期刊发展。期刊编辑的信息素养主要由信息知识、信息意识、信息能力、信息道德等要素构成。文章分析了四个要素之间的关系、彼此在期刊编辑信息素养中的地位和作用,以及当前对期刊编辑信息素养研究在认识上的分歧和不足。指出今后进一步的研究主要集中在对期刊编辑信息素养的实证分析和理论性阐释上。

Journal editors are in information work. Their level of information literacy directly affects their own growth and Journal development. Journal editors＇ information literacy mainly includes information knowledge, information consciousness, information ability and information moral. About the relationship between the four elements and the position and role of each other in Journal editors＇ information literacy, researchers also have differences and disadvantages. Further research mainly focuses on the empirical analysis and theoretical interpretation of journal editors＇ information literacy.
