The Party's mass line is a Sinicized Marxist line of work and working method. It is shaped by the Chinese communists represented by Mao Zedong who combine Marxist doctrine that the masses are the creators of history with China's concrete practices. Comrade Mao,as the core of the CPC's first generation of collective leadership,made vital contribution to the formation of the Party's view of the masses. The basic content of Mao's view of the masses places the masses at the highest position in mind,reveals the scientific connotation of the Party's mass line,and creates the basic experiences for the Party's work of the masses. Mao's view of the masses is of important value of the times.
