摘要
文化产业的迅猛发展驱动当代经济转型,而文化产业的实现依赖于文化消费的开展。因此,文化消费与文化产业乃至整个经济转型之间都具有重要的内在联动关系。实现文化消费之动力效应的关键在于培育文化消费市场,统筹文化消费市场的要素配置,即注重配置的创意性,平衡协同政府与市场之间的关系,兼顾市场需求的城乡平衡,并从本土化与国际化双向推进市场发展。
The rapid development of cultural industry actuates the transformation of contemporary economy,and in turn the cultural industry's establishment relies on the development of cultural consumption. Therefore,an important internal correlation exists amongst cultural consumption,cultural industry,and the entire economic transformation. The key to achieving the dynamic effect of cultural consumption is to cultivate a cultural consumption market,allocate the key factors of the market with focus on innovation,balance the cooperative relationship between government and market as well as market demand from urban and rural areas,and promote market development through both internationalization and localization.
