湖北高校留学生教育存在的问题及对策分析——基于武汉大学、华中科技大学、华中师范大学的调查研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Overseas Student Education in Universities and Colleges in Hubei——based on a survey in WHU,HUST and CCNU

湖北省作为我国教育大省,有着丰富的高等教育资源,近年来在留学生教育工作方面取得了诸多成就,然而也存在一些亟待解决的问题,如招生院校过于集中、学生来源不够广泛、留学生招生宣传力度不够、留学生教学和管理存在不足等。有鉴于此,要加快湖北省乃至中国高等教育国际化的发展,一是扩大有专业特色的省属高校的留学生招生规模,实现留学生教育的均衡发展;二是加强留学生招生宣传工作,使高校真正"走出去";三是进一步完善留学生教学、管理和校园建设工作;四是增强留学生的文化适应性;五是加强地方城市建设,让留学生更好地融入当地生活。

As a big province of education in China,Hubei has abundant resources of higher education and has made many achievements in the field of overseas student education in recent years. However some problems remain to be solved: uneven distribution of overseas student population,limited number of source countries,weak recruitment publicity,and unsatisfactory teaching and management,etc. Aiming at the existing problems of overseas students education in Hubei,Institute of Political Science,Central China Normal University has conducted a questionnaire survey entitled ' A survey on overseas students' learning and living conditions in Wuhan'in three university subordinate to the Ministry of Education( Wuhan University,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Central China Normal University) and attempts to give some countermeasure proposals based on the study of this investigation.
