摘要
在教育系统中基础教育作为重要组成部分,其价值取向的科学定位对于提高国民素质、指导基础教育具有重要的作用。学生的发展是基础教育存在的基础与意义,基础教育迫切需要将学生的发展作为第一要务,实现基础教育价值取向的本位转变。"以人为本"和"人的全面发展"的基础教育价值在教育中突出学生的主体性发展,对基础教育的改革与发展具有重要意义。
Basic education as an important part in the education system,its value orientation scientific positioning plays an important role in improvement of the national people＇s quality and direction the basic education. The development of students is the existence and significance of the basic education. Basic education should put students＇ development as the first priority, and then finish the standard shift of basic education value orientation. The value about people oriented and all-round development of human beings emphasis students＇ subjectivity development in education, it has great significance on basic education reform and development.
