走出高校课堂教学评价困境的核心问题——基于目标管理视角 被引量:10

摘要 课堂教学评价是教育评价的节点,是高校培养合格高级专门人才的有力保障。当前我国高校课堂教学评价正面临着重管理轻促进、重借鉴轻适切、重科学轻实效、重鉴定轻有效反馈等诸多发展困境,需要从评价目的、评价标准、评价方法、评价结果等核心问题层面加以探究、完善和提高。尊重教师、关心教师、信任教师、依靠教师、服务教师是确保高校课堂教学评价科学、规范、有效地发挥其应有功能的核心所在。 The evaluation guarantee of training qualified of classroom teaching is the node of education evaluation,is also the powerful talents in colleges and universities. The current classroom teaching evaluation in our colleges and universities is facing numerous development dilemma of attaching importance to management, reference ,science, appraisal and looking down upon promotion, suitableness, actual effect, effective feedback. It needs to explore ,perfect and improve the level of classroom teaching evaluating from the evaluation purpose, evaluation standard, evaluation method, the evaluation result feedback and so on. To play its function scientifically ,normatively and effectively ,the core of the classroom teaching evaluating is to respect teachers, take care of teachers, trust teachers, rely on teachers and serve teachers.
