摘要
自恋型领导是组织中广泛存在的一种领导类型。本文通过对相关文献的梳理和总结,分析了自恋型领导的魅力、利己主义、欺骗动机和知识抑制四个关键内容,介绍了自恋型领导的测量方法,从特质因素、文化因素、环境因素和结构因素四个方面解释了自恋型领导产生的原因,并指出了自恋型领导可能对组织产生的正负两方面影响,尤其是在决策、领导力、组织氛围等方面的负面影响。在此基础上,文章指出了未来的自恋型领导研究有必要关注的主要议题。
Narcissistic leadership is a widespread leadership type in organizations. Through a literature review, this paper analyzes four key contents of narcissistic leadership, namely charisma, egoism, deceptive motivation and intellectual inhibition, introduces the measurement of narcissistic leadership and explains reasons for the occurrence of narcissistic leadership in aspects of quality, culture, environment and structure factors. And it points out that narcissistic leadership may have positive or negative effects on organizations, especially negative effects on decision-making, leadership, organizational atmosphere and so on. This paper points out main topics in future narcissistic leadership research.
