Probes to the System Perfection of Housing Accumulation Fund

我国的住房公积金制度实行十年来 ,在积累住房资金和转换住房分配机制方面发挥了积极作用 ,但随着住房公积金覆盖面的不断扩大 ,归集和管理中的问题和风险也随之而来。如何完善政策的制定 ,健全监督机制 ,提高资金使用效率 ,是需要不断探索和解决的重要问题 ,本文就公积金管理中存在的问题及如何解决这些问题进行了探讨。

For 10 years the system of the housing accumulation fund has played an active part in the accumulation of the housing fund and in the shifting of house allocation system. However,as this fund accumulates, problems and risks are subsequently emerging in the collection and management of this fund. Therefore, how to make this system perfect, how to make the supervision system sound and how to use the fund efficiently have become a key subject for us to study and settle. This paper probes to the problems and solution measures of the fund management.
