国际经济合作中的土地价值转移问题研究

On the land Value in the International Economic Relations

改革开放以来 ,我国引进外资取得了较好的效果 ,为促进我国经济建设的进一步发展打下了坚实的基础。但是也应当看到 ,我国吸引外资的一个不可忽视的重要因素是土地价格长期偏低。本文从理论和实证分析入手 ,探讨了全民所有的土地价值向外资方转移的原因和过程。

Since reform and openness to the outside world,We have made a great progress in imported foreign capital and have laid a good foundation for our economic construction and development.But an important factor which appeals to foreign capital is the low price of land.The author discusses the reason why the land value of overship by the whole people is transformed into the foreign management bared on theory and practice.
