摘要
特许经营是一种现代化的流通组织方式和经营形式 ,它的出现极大地促进了现代商业的发展。但是在理论上 ,这种商业形式并没有得到系统、详细的阐述。本文运用交易费用等理论对企业的组织形式、结构等进行了理论分析。
The franchise operation is a popular organizational and operational form.It encourages the development of the modern commerce.But it is not dwelt on Clearly in theory.The author gives his theoretical analysis on the organizational form and structure of enterprises based on the theory of transaction cost.
